Neb. Rev. Stat. ยง 64-210. requires notaries to have an official seal stamp. Embossers are not acceptable. In Nebraska, a stamp seal containing the below described information authenticates all official notarial acts.
Your official stamper will include the notary’s name, commission expiration date (in any format), and the words “State of Nebraska” as well as either “General Notary” or “General Notarial”. Include all information. Although specifications regarding the ink color, shape, and dimensions of the stamp are left undefined by Nebraska’s statute, be aware other states may have such requirements defined.
