Vermont’s Notary Public Statutes do NOT require the use of an official seal of office. However, purchasing a stamp or seal embosser can be a prudent choice. Other states you plan to have a notarized document move through might have separate requirements. Please check one of our corresponding guides for more information.
If deciding to use a notarial seal, include at minimum your name, and the words “Notary Public” and “Vermont”. Contact an appropriate vendor for supplies solutions.
